By accessing or using sogmailcleaner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

sogmailcleaner is an email cleaning application developed by an individual developer and operated under applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

sogmailcleaner provides tools to:

Organize and clean your Gmail inbox
Delete emails in bulk
Block unwanted senders
Unsubscribe from newsletters
Manage large attachments
View email usage statistics

3. Plans and Pricing

3.1 Free Plan

1,000 email deletions per month
50 blocked senders per month
50 unsubscriptions per month
Basic features
Email support (24–48 hour response time)

3.2 Premium Plan

Unlimited email deletions
Unlimited blocks and unsubscriptions
Up to 10 linked accounts
Security alerts
Scheduled automatic cleaning
Live chat support (1–24 hour response time)

3.3 Pricing

Monthly: $6.99 USD/month
6-month: $29.94 USD (~$4.99/month)
Annual: $35.88 USD (~$2.99/month)

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
You may cancel at any time from your account settings
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period
The current month is not refunded upon cancellation

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

The request is made within 7 days of payment
The charge was unauthorized
You experienced serious technical issues preventing use of the service

5.2 How to Request a Refund

Email sogmailcleaner.support@gmail.com with your registered email address, payment date, and reason for the request.

5.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Warning: If you dispute a charge directly with your bank (chargeback) without contacting us first, and we determine it was fraudulent, your account will be permanently blocked until the outstanding amount is paid.

6. Acceptable Use

By using sogmailcleaner, you agree NOT to:

Attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you
Use the service for illegal activities
Circumvent free plan limitations
Abuse the trial period using multiple accounts or devices
Interfere with the operation of the service
Reverse engineer the application

7. Limitation of Liability

sogmailcleaner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Loss of emails due to use of the service
Gmail service interruptions caused by Google
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or information

Recommendation: Always verify carefully before bulk deleting emails. Deletions are irreversible once the trash is emptied.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of sogmailcleaner after changes constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
